Q: When will "X' Fragrance be back in stock?
A: Unfortunately, I don't know, and lately it's been getting harder to hypothesize. I order my fragrances from Montange, so until I have tracking AND it has been picked up by UPS, I literally have zero indication. Once UPS has it, it is usually here in 2-3 days. Until then though, it can be 2 weeks or 8+ weeks.

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship out? How long for it to arrive?
A: Orders can take up to 5 BUSINESS Days to dispatch/ship out. Nonetheless, if you cannot wait that long, PLEASE Do Not Order. This is generally the Worst Case Scenario, packages almost always ship sooner. Please take into account that that is simply how long it may take to be DISPATCHED, not DELIVERED.

Q: My order is taking forever to arrive! Can you fix it for me?
A: Unfortunately, no. I have zero power when it comes to how quickly, slowly, gently, roughly, accurately, or incorrectly the delivery company delivers your package. ONCE IT LEAVES MY HANDS, IT IS OUT OF MY HANDS. All packages are insured up to $100. I will happily help provide you with any information required for the claim/search, and I will happily help offer suggestions. I cannot ship out free replacements or file insurance claims on the customers behalf.

Q: My order to Australia/England/Singapore/BFE got held up by the Package Forwarding service. Can you reach out to them & send the MSDS? Can You have them ship it back to you? Can you just make an exception for me and directly send it to me internationally?
A: It is up to the Buyer to adequately perform their research & practice thorough due diligence before hiring a package forwarder. FOR ALL PACKAGES USING INTERNATIONAL FORWARDING SERVICES: ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, LIABILITY, RESPONSIBILITY, ETC., ON MY END CEASES AS SOON AS THE PACKAGE LEAVES MY HANDS. (Sorry for being harsh. As you can tell.....International orders have been a pain lately. I wish I could help more, but I Can Not.
